Having recall work completed promptly also reduces negotiation leverage for buyers who might otherwise cite unresolved safety notices as reasons for a lower offer.
Can I fail a state inspection because of an unresolved 2011 Kia Sedona recall?
State inspection rules vary, but safety-related recalls (like a hood latch that can fail) may be noted by inspectors and could affect inspection outcomes depending on local regulations. Nalley Kia recommends resolving any recall before inspection to avoid potential issues; our service advisors can confirm if a specific recall might impact your state inspection.
